Jelly Gum -- Soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes until glue loosens. Gently lift the nails with wooden stick from the side.
Nail Glue -- File the press on nails (the thinner the better), then soak off with nail polish remover (or acetone) 15-20min.

I love that it isn't thin or flimsy. I have gotten a lot of compliments. I like the different colors. I used nail glue instead of the adhesive it comes with. The only negative is if you don't apply enough glue or evenly, you can kind of see it through the nail. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.Highly Recommanded !

So the price i say it's a good deal. they do look kind of cheap in person , that point is there are available in various colors and patterns , but i like to keep nails on for a week before changing them out and they at least hold up that long. overall, i'm happy with these.
